230BDC48-3000FH-95% is a digital controlled 3000W bidirectional AC-DC converter, which adopts the third generation power semiconductor devices with 95% maximum efficiency. The inverter mode supports 42Vdc-58Vdc input and 220Vac/240Vac output. The converters are widely used in portable and home energy storage based on 48Vdc battery pack, DC microgrid, V2G system and other new energy application scenarios.

BCJ3600-12V-96% is a 3600W power supply with 96% efficiency @12V/280A. The dimension is 300mmx 131mm x 71mm and power density is 21watts per cube inch. The power supply is high reliability design with 100k hours MTBF and could be used in tough environment(high temperature, high humidity, extermely low temperature, high pollution degree).

Standard design process includes EVT,DVT and PVT. The production CPK is higher than 1.33. Routine tests cover FUT,ATS1,B/I and ATS2 to make sure no defect products be shipped out. As a supplement to the mass production testing, random check mechanism covers realiability(high-temperature cycle, high temperature&high humity test) and EMC test to help fulfill the target of zero-defect product.
