The converters are widely used in portable and home energy storage based on 48Vdc battery pack, DC microgrid, V2G system and other new energy application scenarios.

Standard design process includes EVT,DVT and PVT. The production CPK is higher than 1.33. Routine tests cover FUT,ATS1,B/I and ATS2 to make sure no defect products be shipped out. As a supplement to the mass production testing, random check mechanism covers realiability(high-temperature cycle, high temperature&high humity test) and EMC test to help fulfill the target of zero-defect product.
